"I have never had a problem at BJ’s"
I have never had a problem at BJ’s. No problems purchasing or renewing membership, returning products or with customer service. I go to 2 Bjs in northern Virginia-Fairlakes and Landover. I have never had a problem at either. I like the app and the ability to clip coupons to use immediately or later. I have ordered online and picked up items and had items delivered to my home with no problems.

"Some good prices"
Like any other store you have to watch your prices. Some things like lunchmeat, rotisseries, raw meats & some produce are priced very reasonably. You buy in larger quantities so it always seems like you spend a lot more and come back with only a few items. Dairy products like the milk, eggs, yogurt, butter and cheeses are all great prices too. Prepared foods seem high priced.
