I’ve tried a bunch of BJ’s store brand stuff, and it’s been good. It tastes about the same as the name brands most of the time, and it saves me a bit of money too, so I’m happy with it.

"Signing in has been super easy"
My account loads quickly every time, and I haven’t run into any sign-in problems so far. It’s a small win, but not having to fight with the login page makes ordering from BJ’s way easier

"Pickup was okay, but I don’t really trust it now"
I used bjs.com for in-club pickup, and the ordering part was easy. Most of my stuff was ready, but I still ended up waiting at the desk longer than I expected, which was annoying since the whole point was to save time. Then one of my items was missing and they just told me it was out of stock. I get that things happen, but it kind of made me lose trust in the pickup process. If I can’t count on my order being ready or complete, I might as well just shop in the club myself. It worked overall, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.

I usually hop on bjs.com before heading to the store just to see if the things I need are actually available. In my experience, it’s been accurate. Stuff like paper towels, snacks, cat food, and my usual basics are normally in stock. Some popular items do sell out quickly, but that’s expected. Overall, it’s been really helpful and definitely saves me from making a wasted trip.

"Makes BJ’s runs a lot easier"
I use the BJ’s app often before I head to the store, mostly to check prices and add things to my list. It’s easy to use, and I haven’t had many issues with it freezing or glitching. Clipping coupons is simple too, which is a big plus. It could be a little quicker here and there, but overall it works well for me. I’d recommend it if you shop at BJ’s regularly.

I like shopping at BJ’s, I do, but canceling my membership was kind of unclear. It renewed before I even noticed, and then getting it sorted out took a bit, took a bit longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience or anything, just wish the whole cancellation thing was easier.

I don’t know what else people expect, but my checkout on BJ's went totally fine. My cart updated the way it was supposed to, I didn’t run into any weird errors, and my card payment went through quickly. I got the order confirmation email right after, too. that’s all I needed. It was simple, easy, and didn’t give me a headache.

BJ’s has been worth it for my family. We save a lot on the usual stuff like bulk snacks, paper products, gas, and those random home things I somehow always end up needing. The coupons help too, even though they don’t exactly make it hard to forget about them sometimes. For what we pay each year, the membership pays for itself quickly. I really don’t have much to complain about.

My online order was showing the wrong pickup time, which was frustrating because I really didn’t have time to chase it down. I messaged customer service expecting the usual long wait, because of course that’s usually how these things go.
To their credit, they replied quickly and got it fixed without making me repeat myself a million times. I was still annoyed the issue happened in the first place, but the person helping me was polite and actually useful, so I appreciated that
